Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system accurately.
- Assist in the deployment of new software updates and security patches.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex escalated tickets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service is required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
