Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2/3 technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming IT helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
- Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity and peripheral devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes.
- Perform system backups and maintenance as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
