Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and configure network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure solutions
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues using diagnostic tools and scripts
- Document all procedures and maintain service ticket systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cybersecurity initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with A+/Network+ certifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Ability to pass federal background investigation (Tier 3)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with diagnostic tools like Wireshark
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
