Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including material handling, equipment operation, and site cleanup
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Complete daily work logs and progress reports for supervisors
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on job sites
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shifts
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery with proper certification
- Assist with loading/unloading and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Minimum 1 year construction or industrial labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
