Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including material handling, equipment operation, and site cleanup
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently with attention to detail
- Maintain clear communication with site supervisors and team members
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and organizing materials
- Follow instructions from project managers to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Must be available for same-day or next-day assignments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Basic tools and work boots required (PPE provided)
- Previous warehouse/construction experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
