Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce CRM systems

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs
- Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud
- Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
