Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction or labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts (5:00 AM starts)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
