Responsibilities
- Efficiently process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in compliance with ISO standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies
- Ensure optimal warehouse organization through cycle counting and space optimization
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and emergency response procedures
- Support weekend peak-period operations with flexible scheduling adaptability
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid OSHA Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with optional weekday flexibility
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner operation knowledge
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
