- Collaborate with the on-call team to escalate issues requiring immediate attention.
- Document all technical procedures and incident reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Systems Administration or IT Support.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation required for on-site weekend coverage.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and virtualization technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
