Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise systems and network infrastructure during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues escalated during off-hours operations.
- Conduct routine security audits and system backups to ensure data integrity.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to on-site staff.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system changes in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to escalate critical issues requiring immediate attention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or systems administration.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments and basic networking protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for on-site support.
