Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets and emails during weekend shifts.
- Perform system backups, patch management, and server maintenance.
- Assist users with password resets, printer configurations, and application troubleshooting.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company protocols during off-hours access.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Mac OS environments.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
- Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions with limited supervision.
- A+ or Network+ certification is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
