Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues during weekend shifts.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve server outages to maintain 99.9% uptime.
- Document all technical interventions and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of weekend procedures.
- Assist in the deployment of weekend maintenance updates and security patches.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding system status and downtime.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekends.
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
