Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for Windows/macOS systems and cloud platforms
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and endpoint security protocols
- Resolve network infrastructure issues including Cisco routers and firewalls
- Document technical procedures and maintain compliance documentation
- Collaborate with on-call engineers during critical incident escalations
- Deploy and configure cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) for enterprise clients
- Conduct quarterly vulnerability assessments and patch management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with weekend shift exposure
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Expertise in Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune management
- Strong background in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation tasks
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance (sponsorship available)
- Experience supporting hybrid work environments and BYOD policies
- Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholder interactions
