Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Windows/macOS systems, networking hardware, and cloud services
- Resolve complex hardware/software issues including VPN connectivity, system crashes, and security protocols
- Deploy and configure new workstations, peripherals, and software across client environments
- Document incident resolutions and maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with on-call engineers during critical system outages
- Conduct preventative maintenance and system audits
- Train end-users on new technologies and security best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with enterprise systems
- Expert-level proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune
- Strong troubleshooting skills for networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and remote access tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability for all weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM PST)
