Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues including server administration and cloud services
- Implement system upgrades, patches, and security protocols
- Document all support activities using ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during weekend system deployments
- Conduct user training on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance
