Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve system outages, security incidents, and user access issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including servers, workstations, and peripherals
- Document technical procedures, incidents, and solutions in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with weekday IT teams for seamless handover and continuity
- Implement security protocols and perform vulnerability assessments
- Train end-users on system usage and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with weekend/shift work preferred
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira
