Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and create detailed user personas
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product teams to implement design systems
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Create design documentation and style guides
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of design principles and user psychology
- Experience with responsive design and prototyping tools
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in contract or freelance work preferred
