Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation accuracy
- Develop and maintain design systems for brand consistency
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize user journeys
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing healthcare or SaaS projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Agile/Scrum workflow experience preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
