This remote-friendly role requires 2 days/week on-site at our downtown Jacksonville headquarters. Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems for consistency
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodology
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
