Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain: Architect and code high-quality software solutions specifically for weekend operational workflows.
- Bug Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- System Optimization: Analyze code and system performance to implement optimizations and improve user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the central product team to align weekend sprint goals with overall business objectives.
- CI/CD Integration: Manage deployment pipelines and ensure automated testing frameworks are functioning correctly.
- Code Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews to enforce best practices and maintain high standards of security.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for new features and system changes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Schedule: Reliable availability to work Saturday and Sunday (12-hour shifts preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and version control (Git).
