Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for mobile and web applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and create detailed user personas
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design systems
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Present design rationale and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Contribute to design documentation and maintain design consistency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience
- Portfolio showcasing complex B2B/SaaS product designs
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field preferred
