Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a client-facing environment.
- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, contract-based setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
