Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS/Azure
- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to DevOps best practices
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming sessions
- Optimize application performance and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into technical specs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Document architecture decisions and maintain technical documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (Node.js, React, Python)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and serverless architectures
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
- Ability to lead technical discussions and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
