Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and sponsors.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against milestones.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and generate comprehensive reports for executive leadership.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices, company standards, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager, specifically in software development or IT environments.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
- Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Asana.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while maintaining high productivity.
