Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to define features and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, write clean and efficient code, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in production environments.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture design to deployment and maintenance.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
- Document technical architecture and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
