- Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce CRM platform
- Develop and implement automation solutions using Flow/Process Builder
- Manage user access, security protocols, and data governance
- Train 50+ end-users on Salesforce features and best practices
- Generate monthly performance reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with IT teams on integrations and API implementations
- Resolve system issues and implement continuous improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201)
- Expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations
- Advanced experience with Salesforce reporting and analytics
- Strong understanding of data modeling and validation rules
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
