Responsibilities
- Oversee project lifecycles from initiation to closure within budget and timeline constraints
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Implement Agile methodologies and track progress using Jira/Asana
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Present project status updates to executive leadership bi-weekly
- Manage client expectations and ensure deliverable quality standards
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and post-mortem reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT or construction sectors
- PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Trello, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with C-level stakeholders
