Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain precise inventory counts and cycle counts in a 200,000 sq ft facility
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (OSHA-certified training provided)
- Perform quality control checks on products before shipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols during all warehouse activities
- Generate daily productivity reports using Excel and proprietary software
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR for equipment operation
- Proficiency with handheld scanners and basic MS Office applications
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, 4 nights per week (flexible schedule)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to complete OSHA forklift certification upon hire
