Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and document incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation with WMS systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Prepare outbound orders for same-day shipping to regional distribution centers
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Document discrepancies and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn WMS systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Forklift certification a plus (training available if needed)
