Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for internal hardware and software systems.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and security patches during night operations.
- Document technical issues and solutions in the knowledge base for day-shift teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure 100% uptime for critical systems.
- Conduct remote diagnostics and on-site visits when necessary.
- Adhere to all IT security protocols and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or a related technical field.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work a rotating night shift schedule (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
