Responsibilities
- Monitor server health, network performance, and system alerts 24/7.
- Resolve Level 1 and Level 2 IT support tickets via remote tools and ticketing systems.
- Perform routine backups, patch management, and security updates during low-traffic windows.
- Escalate critical hardware failures to the on-call engineering team immediately.
- Document all incident reports and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of pending issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles.
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts without direct supervision.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments.
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Must be available to work a rotating night schedule.
