Responsibilities
- Provide advanced Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Monitor system health and performance metrics to proactively prevent downtime.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets in the ticketing system (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and security audits.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to document solutions and hand over unresolved complex issues.
- Assist with user onboarding and account provisioning in Active Directory.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts.
- Strong proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCSA) are a plus.
