Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift hours
- Manage server infrastructure, cloud deployments, and network security protocols
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and system improvements in ITSM platforms
- Collaborate with global teams during critical system updates and maintenance windows
- Monitor system performance using AIOps tools and proactively address anomalies
- Execute disaster recovery drills and security vulnerability assessments
- Maintain compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift or 24/7 environment exposure
- CompTIA Security+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks
- Strong troubleshooting skills across network, storage, and application layers
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-peak hours
