Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for enterprise systems during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud services
- Resolve complex hardware/software issues with minimal downtime
- Document incident reports and maintain detailed system logs
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical incident escalations
- Conduct proactive system health checks and security audits
- Train junior staff on after-hours protocols and troubleshooting techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift exposure
- CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure cloud services
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for network, storage, and virtualization
- Strong documentation abilities using ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
- Experience with incident response and disaster recovery protocols
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
