Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor and resolve network outages, server issues, and security alerts
- Execute system patching, updates, and maintenance windows
- Document incident reports and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams for cross-functional support
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Support cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and on-premise environments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server 2019+, Active Directory, and VMware
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- CompTIA Network+ preferred
- Valid US driver's license for occasional on-site visits
