Responsibilities
- Provide remote/on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure during night shifts
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot critical incidents, and implement proactive solutions
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks including server updates, security patches, and data backups
- Document all IT activities, incidents, and resolutions in ticketing systems (Jira/ServiceNow)
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent service delivery across time zones
- Support end-users via phone, chat, and remote access for urgent after-hours requests
- Participate in rotating on-call duties for critical system escalations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in night shift or 24/7 environments
- Expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required (CCNA preferred)
- Proficiency with ticketing systems, monitoring tools (SolarWinds/Nagios), and remote access solutions
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose complex infrastructure issues independently
- Strong documentation abilities and commitment to SLA compliance
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site support
