Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud services
- Respond to urgent IT incidents with rapid resolution SLAs
- Document processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during system deployments
- Execute security patching and vulnerability assessments
- Support backup/recovery operations and disaster drills
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and AWS/Azure
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network and hardware issues
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Colorado driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
