Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 remote and on-site technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud services during overnight hours
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Collaborate with global teams on system updates and security patches
- Act as first responder for critical outages and implement emergency protocols
- Conduct hardware/software installations and upgrades at client sites
- Generate performance reports and recommend infrastructure improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift exposure
- CompTIA Network+/Security+ or equivalent industry certifications
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, network, and application issues
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site visits
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and ticketing systems
