Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift hours
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud services
- Resolve critical incidents using ticketing systems (Jira/ServiceNow)
- Document SOPs and knowledge base articles for after-hours protocols
- Collaborate with global teams during system outages and maintenance windows
- Conduct security patching and vulnerability assessments
- Support hardware deployments and remote troubleshooting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware
- Strong experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
