Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on facility equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Document all maintenance activities and repair logs accurately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the operations team to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management of parts and supplies.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in maintenance, HVAC, or facility management preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
