Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Deploy, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system migrations
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Manage user access controls and Active Directory administration
- Monitor system performance and optimize IT operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and enterprise backup solutions
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, network, and software issues
- Excellent communication abilities with non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional on-site visits
