Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system migrations
- Conduct periodic system audits and performance tuning
Qualifications
- 3+ years IT support experience with Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Active Directory and SCCM
- Strong diagnostic skills with endpoint management tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site visits
