Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to 50+ users daily
- Deploy and manage network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Document IT procedures and maintain asset inventory databases
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and data backup solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with A+/Network+ certifications
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and ticketing systems (Jira)
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/network troubleshooting
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent preferred
