Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Document incident resolutions and maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT infrastructure projects
- Conduct system audits and recommend performance improvements
- Deliver training sessions on new technologies and security best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software issues
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment installation
- Valid Illinois driver's license for occasional on-site visits
