Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop/laptop issues, printers, and peripheral devices
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
- Document all IT activities using ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for end-users
- Manage asset inventory and software licensing compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, VPN, and cloud services (Azure/O365)
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to resolve issues independently
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT documentation
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
