Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues via remote access and on-site visits
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Document ticket resolutions and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Conduct user training and create technical documentation
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Exchange Online, and cloud services
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS and network infrastructure
