Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems
- Document IT processes and maintain service desk tickets
- Collaborate with team members to implement security protocols
- Train end-users on new systems and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site visits
