Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for 500+ users across Windows/macOS environments
- Resolve hardware/software issues including network connectivity and security protocols
- Deploy and configure cloud-based solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure)
- Document incident resolutions and maintain service ticket systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure upgrades
- Conduct user training sessions for new software implementations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and endpoint security tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10/11 and macOS
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
