We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our clients in the Charlotte area.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and peripherals
- Assist users with software applications and operating systems
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the service desk system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates

Qualifications
