Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of IT service tickets within a 24-hour SLA.
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and security patches during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to document escalations and solutions.
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance during all support interactions.
- Conduct user training sessions on new software deployments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and troubleshooting core applications.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and basic scripting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the weekend shift.
- Current CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification is preferred.
